  • Playing my bass guitar, various keyboards and recording sounds in my home studio. Reading and travel with the UK.
  • I love cars and planes, learned to fly light aircraft Biggin Hill (but no longer retain a licence), now flying my drone including flight simulator software on my PC - it is safer!

Certification

I am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and until recently, an Associate member of Chartered Insititute of Housing (CIH).

I have been a member of the International Group to the CIH leading some of the study groups to EU countries but also North America/Canada.

My home office is a Canadian design Super E built office which is highly insulated, air tight and energy efficient.

I have also in the pass held a CAA approved Drone permission to fly when I was working used during COVID to help clients see status of there building sites.

Accomplishments

I have been a member of the CIH (SE) region International Group, leading and attending a number of study tours to EU cities, such as Berlin, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Austria, Paris etc., and also hosted International guests in the UK from Berlin, USA, to foster exchange of techniques, knowledge and skills on solving Housing and Construction issues across the globe.

I also witten a few technical reports for the Canadian Trade Commission in London, to further the Super E programe, attending events at the the Canadian Commission, brokering and providing access to Housing association Clients in the UK. i had been instrumental in developing affordable housing, actual schemes built in the UK using Canadian House building techniques and knowhow.
