  • Manage interfaces between Project Company parties and the Trust through formal liaison arrangements or informally as required and facilitate resolution of any contractual 'grey' areas.
  • Review all reports and data required for the monthly preparation of the Trust invoices and the payment of subcontractor invoices.
  • Ensure that all Service Providers accurately record the information required for the timely invoicing of the Trust and review the information with the project Finance Manager before preparing the monthly invoices and payments schedule.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, consultants, and 3rd party Contractors of the Project Company.
  • Participate in IML governance audits and ensure that actions arising are actioned promptly.
  • Promote effective liaison with the Trust service users.
  • Ensure that all Service Providers provide evidence of contractual compliance concerning all matters, particularly H&S and Compliance with performance reporting requirements.
  • Ensure up-to-date, continuous knowledge and understanding of legislative and statutory changes impacting the Project Agreement and ensure appropriate communication and guidance to all parties as required.
  • Manage, ensuring that Project Agreement variations are made per contractual requirements.
  • Provide appropriate Hard and Soft FM management support and advice to the Project Board to minimise risk/liabilities.

Senior SPV Operations Manager

At the beginning of 2015, both the Senior SPV Operations Manager (SOM) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) departed Ashley House. The accompanying changes brought about the offer of promotion to an interim role, interim due to the company's plans to dispose of the LIFT Company equity and managed services to an established asset management firm operating in the UK.


  • Leadership of the SPV management team for 7 LIFTCos assets (Operations Managers, Operational Finance team, Company Secretary)
  • Liaising with and working closely with LIFTCo Board of Directors
  • Ensure the SPV management team and sub-contractors comply with the requirements of the SPV Health & Safety Policy
  • Strategic planning of the LIFTCos responsibilities, resources and activities
  • Managing the interfaces between the Client, LIFTCo, Building Contractor, Facilities
  • Management Contractor and other external parties
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with Credit agreement requirements and liaising with the Technical Advisor to the Lender.
  • Day-to-day management of the SPV's responsibilities includes efficiently resolving problems.
  • Looking after the interests of AH insofar as the supply of Management Services to the SPV.
