This achievement goes beyond solving an initial challenge the client had with multiple service disruptions using traditional Wavelength product's & showcases the power of EoMPLS network's and strategic design proposals that transformed a potential client into a long-term strategic partner.


With an initial $35K Monthly Recurring Revenue secured, the foundation has been set for exponential growth, paving the way for a potential 4x revenue increase in the near future. This milestone underscores my commitment to delivering cutting-edge, scalable solution to drive real business impact.


GTT 2023 Gritt Award

Recognized with the GRITT Award for 2023 for outstanding dedication, diligence, and communication in resolving a complex service issue with one of GTT's largest client, involving 10G Wavelength services into Turkey. The issue had persisted for several months, causing significant frustration, My commitment to finding a solution restored the customer's confidence but also strengthened the client relationship, ensuring continued business success for GTT. preventing a potential service disconnection which would have resulted in a $60,000 MRR loss


GTT 2022 Cheers for Peers / Gritt Award

Recognized for successfully implementing a project that reduced outstanding supplier costs related to non-returned RMA requests, driving down $1.2M approx in owed costs to the business. Introduced a new process for tracking and reporting outstanding returns, improving efficiency and financial control ensuring better accountability.
