PRB are relatively new to the world of External Facades my role was created to bring in new cliental which includes National and Regional House-builders.
Personally opened up new opportunities for PRB by successfully acquiring new House-builder Sites which establish larger multiple site agreement's with House-builder's.
During the first year alone the revenue of profit made was over £550,000 in new projects agreements. Which is a great achievement for an upcoming company/new role.
As this role hadn't existed like i said previously there was free rain given and i was able to build and shape it from my previous expertise. Managing projects from tender stage with the House-builder which incorporated a route to market from pricing structure, distribution and sourcing a qualified contractor to secure the projects while providing face to face site support on all live projects from start to finish.
Efficient in addressing customer issues if they arose with compassion and professionalism, ensuring a swift, successful resolution.
