Project 1: Instructional Designer (QinetiQ Engineering)

August 2023 - Present

Led instructional design for an internal global learning award on the topic of Test and Evaluation for over 3000 Systems Engineers globally across the USA, UK and Australia.

  • Leveraged instructional design principles to create engaging blended learning programs (Digital Test and Evaluation, Requirements Engineering) incorporating microlearning modules and facilitated face-to-face sessions.
  • Created engaging explainer animations using Vyond and Synthesia to introduce each module, promoting knowledge retention and learner engagement.
  • Maintained the integrity of the LXP by meticulously exporting and uploading SCORM packages to Thrive LXP, guaranteeing a smooth learning experience for users.

Project 2: Digital Learning Manager (GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals)

Manage and own the learning, delivery, and project management of a Digital Learning Solution for new systems implemented to comply with EU Regulation updates.

  • Managed and oversaw the EU Clinical Trial Regulation program, taking full ownership of learning, delivery, and management aspects.
