I am computer literate and confident using windows, Email, Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft, Teams, Word, power point and data entry and extraction using several data bases. With excellent problem solving and analytical skills I am confident I would continue to grow working in Administration within an office or customer service environment, with a clear focus to providing excellent service. I am a clear communicator in all forms, written, verbally ,email , telephone or face to face. I have learned to prioritise my workload focusing on timescales and deadlines requested. Throughout my senior years of school I have been given the honour of representing Johnstone high school Football and Badminton teams at National and Regional levels of competition, gaining valuable experience working as a team to gain positive results, learning to remain calm under pressure or when facing challenging situations both working as a team or independently. My commitment to these teams has been recognised and I have received many wider achievement awards from the school for my endeavours, flexibility, hard work and determination over the years. During 5th year I was asked to become a Mental heath Ambassador for the school, this was something I became very passionate about , supporting and implementing wellness or mindfulness programmes, promoting health or initiatives set by the school, health service or local authority. Wearing the branded clothing I was provided with ensured I was a visible support for other pupils to approach for help or advice if they were struggling mentally. This role taught me to develop valuable life skills such as listening, communication, confidentiality, being supportive of others, motivation, reliability , responsibility and a non judgmental approach.
