passionate about barbering, hair fashion, creativity and styling. I work well in a team environment and on my own, I also have a willingness to take on any task which will enable me to quickly adapt to the fast-paced environment of a hair salon. I can often be a quiet and reserved person however I have learnt to be more confident and engaging with clients and co-workers in my time working as a barber. My hobbies consist of art, history, gaming, music I love being creative and helping others, putting a smile on a clients face is a great feeling and these are reasons why I enjoy this industry so much. In 2024, after completing an ICT course at Coleg Sir Gar Graig campus at the age of 16, I finished an intensive nine-week course from August 2024 to October 2024 NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Barbering at the Thomas Lloyd Barbering Academy in Cardiff, Glamorgan. I learnt basic and advanced barbering techniques that enabled me to pursue my desire to start my barbering career. I began working full-time as a self-employed barber at Unit 1 Barbershop from January 2025 to July 2025, where I trained further and gained more experience and confidence. I now feel that I would like to develop my skills and provide exceptional services to clients through a hairdressing apprenticeship and college placement to complement my barbering skills.
