I have been fulfilling this role to coach children from ages 4-10 weekly as a part of my current college course. Working with children supports me to be patient, understanding and accompany clear communication.

My job consists of a variety of tasks that mostly relate to attending to customer needs. This will include catering for their food and drink, ensuring they’re safe and comfortable while under my supervision and providing them with assistance on any questions. After being here for 2 years I have developed greatly, I can understand customer behaviours and treat them with respect and kindness, communicate efficiently with customers and fellow staff and always understand customers points of view and level with them.

While I was employed in this role my main task was to create the company a new website online as at the time when I arrived it was outdated. By the end of my time here I had created the new website which is up and running online (www.dhdstructures.com) and assisted in creating surveys for structural tasks. These jobs required me to be creative and patient as they were not short processes while maintaining professional when at a clients home.

During this time I created online adverts for community events and attended meetings with people at the church. This was upon completing 3 days of work experience for school when I was 15. In completing this I gained a more professional skill set and learned how to be creative online.

Attending this job each morning for the time I was here helped improve on my punctuality, especially on early mornings and develop my problem solving skills. Additionally, while I was here the ownership changed, leading to a switch in processes, supporting me to learn new systems to operate. Overall, this job was to deliver newspapers each morning to the doors of those of the public in my area.
