Most recently, the acquisition of Report Hub, a next generation trade reporting solution from DTCC along with 80 institutional clients and employees from across North America, APAC and Europe.
• Led rigorous due diligence workshops to evaluate the target company’s financial health, operational capabilities, and strategic fit with DC’s operating model, ensuring alignment and mitigating risks.

• Project Manager, Report Hub Salesforce Migration
• Responsible for the end to end planning, execution, and delivery of transferring data (open and closed client tickets) and processes from Salesforce (Report Hub) to Jira (Delta Capita).

• Played a pivotal role in delivering business-critical change initiatives for the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) programme, covering both the Standardised and Internal Model Approach. The FRTB regulation defines capital requirements for banks to manage market risk exposures.
• Led the Data and Controls workstreams as Lead Business Analyst, coordinating the collection and analysis of all relevant data and controls. Responsibilities included gathering, presenting, and validating requirements with business and technology stakeholders.
