
Working on the Service Desk I regularly practice excellent interpersonal communication, and organisational skills to support staff and students by solving or triaging a variety of IT issues. I am currently involved in the modern work programmes delivery of windows 11 upgrades providing support before and after device upgrades. I'm looking to stay at the university long term and utilise this knowledge and experience to improve the current systems and processes within our service delivery experience for end users within the ITIL framework.

I make use of my time designing and prototyping games, and socializing with friends and family. I also enjoy leisure cycling and gaming.
