In my role as a coach on the NHS Type 2 Diabetes Remission Programme I ran in-person clinics across the North East area.

• Spearheaded in-person clinics focused on achieving type 2 diabetes remission, emphasising a person-centric approach.
• Working with a diverse range of participants and adapting delivery according to this.
• Prioritised customer service by providing participants with essential knowledge and skills crucial for lifestyle transformations.

• Orchestrated online orders, prioritizing superior product quality and timely deliveries, showcasing a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
