I am approachable, hardworking individual who prides myself on delivering friendly customer service. I have excellent communication and listening skills and an ability to get on with anyone in the working environment, ready to meet the needs of customers and ready to help others. I know the importance of putting customers first, gained from my roles to date in the hospitality industry. With hands on experience with customer service, payment processing I'm keen and capable of learning new processes to further my experience.
