I am a dynamic and compassionate Occupational Therapist with experience across both paediatric and adult services, currently working within a Home First team supporting individuals recently discharged from hospital. Through rotations in paediatric and adult orthopaedics, I have developed a broad range of clinical skills, including assessment, intervention planning, rehabilitation, and person-centred care.
My professional background includes experience in inpatient paediatric and adult orthopaedics, as well as in Discharge to Assess pathways. As a student, I completed placements in community mental health and adult social care, which strengthened my ability to adapt interventions to meet complex physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs while working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Alongside my clinical experience, I have demonstrated leadership and organisational skills as President of my university lacrosse club. Participation in elite sport, including representing England U19 Lacrosse and competing in the U19 Pulse Netball Super League, has developed my resilience, discipline, teamwork, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
I am also committed to contributing to my wider community through volunteering, including roles with the Hospice of St Francis and Dementia Oxfordshire, further enhancing my understanding of supporting individuals with complex and long-term conditions. I am dedicated to delivering evidence-based, person-centred care and continually developing my clinical expertise to achieve positive outcomes for service users and their families.
