  • Working within Reach PLC's Customer Value Strategy for National titles (Mirror, OK! and Daily Star), my role involved producing content designed to strengthen long-term relationships with customers by delivering value that meets their needs and expectations.
  • This involved writing ‘Have Your Say’ articles and creating polls, inviting readers to sign up to newsletters, which helped build a loyal audience and increase page views.
  • This role also included me closely following Google Trends and social media for story inspiration - such as gardening and health content, cleaning hacks, and recipes - which I would turn into engaging articles.

My role included assisting the beauty team with feature writing, sourcing stories, gathering information, correspondence with PR's, copy-writing, hosting events and representing Cosmopolitan at press events.

I assisted all three magazines with the preparation for their upcoming Christmas editions, my responsibilities included feature writing, sourcing original ideas, transcribing interviews, securing interviews and attending press events. My role also involved writing the captions to accompany the pictures for the Downton Abbey Movie poster that was released in GHM in September 2019. I  read the stories that were sent in from members of the public to determine if they were appropriate to feature in the magazines.
