- I worked At wick pre school helping look after all age groups from 2 years to 4. I was mainly based with the 3-4 year olds which I enjoyed very much, I helped them learn and grow for when they started school. I helped teach them the knowledge and skills they needed by carrying out fun activities that got them engaged.
- I had to learn safeguarding measures for this role amd the whistleblowing policy which i understood I carried out risk assessments around the pre school and when taking them out for walks I had to carry out risk assessments this was to ensure every mesure was safe for the children and there were no dangers.
- I also grew in confidence in this role as I had to do lots of handovers with parents talking to them about their child's day and giving them and nessasary information they needed to know.
