I found that this experience was something that I was able to really be able to express my leadership talents as every week I would be coaching children with different skills and helping them to improve each of themselves so that they could be able to use the skills better and more effectively in-game.

• Promoted off-field training practices which children would be able to practice when they were not at the pitch and this enabled them to be able to come back next time having mastered a new skill.
• Minimised on-field injuries by ensuring that all the activities that I was doing were safe and if there were any dangers I would ensure to implement safety percautions.

This was something that I had done for work experience during year 12 to enable me to gain some experience in a working life.

• Enforced appropriate repercussions in cases of student misbehaviour.
• Offered reliable assistance to teachers through administrative support and classroom management.
• I would ensure that all the children were in a safe learning environment and made sure that they could fully express themselves and get the appropriate support.
