Freddie Richardson

I am a highly enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong background in sport and coaching. I have gained valuable experience as a voluntary coach with Southwark tigers, where I supported training sessions, helped develop younger players’ skills, and contributed to a positive team environment. I also completed work experience as a sports coach at Goodrich Primary School, delivering engaging sessions to younger children, adapting activities to suit different abilities, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Alongside this, I have developed a strong work ethic through part-time work with Modus, a furniture company, where I learned the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and professionalism. My commitment to sport is reflected in my involvement at a high level, having played within both Harlequins Rugby Academy and Saracens Rugby Academy. I have also represented my school in both first-team football and rugby, ultimately choosing to focus on rugby, demonstrating dedication, discipline, and the ability to prioritise. These experiences have helped me build strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills, making me well-suited to the role of a lifeguard/ sports coach
