Fraser prendergast

Working as a steward at Thetford Forrest and the Wimpole Christmas Trail, my role was to ensure guests were safe and knew where to go, and to answer any questions they had. I also worked in the car park, managing vehicle flow as we had more cars than parking spaces, ensuring safe traffic flowduring peak times. These roles helped establish better communication skills with other staff and the public while maintaining a professional manner.

As well as this, I worked at Thetford Forrest's Halloween trail with the same levels of responsibility

I carried out a range of responsibilities within a busy catering environment. My duties included serving food to students in a fast-paced setting, maintaining cleanliness by washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and ensuring dining areas were cleaned and prepared to a high standard.

In addition, I worked at formal events and special occasions as a waiter, serving food and drinks professionally. This role helped me develop strong communication skills, teamwork, time management, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
