Frankie Pratt

Having completed my A-Levels and built a strong academic foundation, I chose to take a gap year to gain practical experience through full time employment. This experience has provided me with valuable insights into the construction environment, while also allowing me to develop key skills such as teamwork, problem-solving and effective communication. I am now eager to further my studies and gain additional work experience through a reputable university and employer, with the goal of contributing to successful project management and fostering a productive work environment.
