In this role I was labouring for a local carpenter and undertook responsibilities such as: Being the first person on site to ensure everything is ready when everyone else arrived, cutting timber/concrete blocks to specific measurements to be fit for installations using power tools, ensuring every person on site had everything that they needed to keep operations running smoothly. During this term of employment I had to follow health and safety protocols at all time to prevent injury especially during times where I was cutting Timber/concrete blocks to specific sizes and operating machinery such as concrete mixers which can be dangerous if the appropriate caution is not exercised.

In this role I was responsible for the manufacture of industrial fridges used in places that you know very well such as Tesco and Lidl. It was my responsibility to complete the final stage of production installing things such as fans, shelves and walls. under tight deadlines and while adhering to the relevant health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and smoothly operating site. In this role I became well versed in using many different power tools such as drills and I was being cross trained in another department before I left to pursue a long term goal of mine.

• Carried out physically demanding tasks including digging, scraping, sweeping, and measuring within a live bait production environment. Worked as part of a team to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across the maggot farming facility. Handled manual tools such as shovels for material movement and site upkeep, often under time pressure and in challenging conditions.Maintained consistency and focus during long shifts with early starts, demonstrating strong endurance, reliability, and work ethic. Supported agricultural production processes contributing to the supply of live bait for the fishing industry.

• Working closely with team members, ensuring client and network users are dealt with in a polite and courteous manner. Responding to incidents on the network within designated timescales ensuring relevant parties including the network hub are updated through use of appropriate communication systems, liaising with emergency services and ensuring traffic disruption is minimised, including installation and removal of emergency traffic management signage. Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on the network, operating a variety of plant and equipment, carrying out required duties effectively, ensuring site and company equipment is always secure, raising problems/queries with designated supervisor. Completing daily record sheets as required. Conducting daily defect reports on vehicles and ensure vehicles are cleaned and maintained in good working order. Late night call outs assisting emergency services with road closures.

Duties include and not restricted to: Be welcoming to customers and provide excellent customer service. Deliver high standards of cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance and atmosphere. Adhere to all SOP's and company policies to maintain a clean, safe and legal workplace. Receive and deliver customer orders either face to face or via the app. Keep tables and restaurant to a high standard. Respond to customer feedback in a positive and helpful manner. Assist in cellar re-stock and maintenance. Work in different areas of the business as management see fit.
