I am motivated, hardworking and keen to be the best I possibly can in any given role of work. The voluntary work I have done at a donkey sanctuary from a young age taught me how to follow and correctly complete orders given to me by an employer. I have also done a week's work experience at a barber and am now completing an NVQ Diploma Level 2 Professional Cookery at Brighton MET. The course involves practical work of cooking in the college restaurant kitchen and also serving customers in front of house. This has made me very confident in communicating with customers and doing my very best to understand and fulfil their requirements.
I did a weeks work experience in a barber shop in Brighton called Franco's Barbers. During the week I helped out around the shop, mainly sweeping up hair and cleaning surfaces. Having this week of work experience taught me about the demands and responsibilities of the workplace and helped me gain skills like communicating with customers.
