
I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual with a strong foundation in administration, customer service, and legal office support. I have recently completed qualifications in Employability and Health and Wellbeing, and have developed strong time management and prioritisation skills. I currently use Proclaim case management system to manage client files and record case activity, while regularly reviewing documents and producing concise summaries that highlight key details. I observe court hearings and client meetings at Liverpool Civil and Family Court, taking detailed notes to support casework. I accurately transcribe dictations using Diktamin dictation software and remain adaptable during system outages by using alternative methods and supporting colleagues. I consistently engage with clients in a professional, empathetic, and respectful manner, and perform effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and high standards of work.
Provided excellent customer service to a diverse audience, managing transactions and communications across multiple channels, including in-person, telephone, and email. Advised on health and safety procedures, handled customer complaints calmly and effectively to achieve positive resolutions, and supported sales through strong product knowledge and upselling.
