I’ve been working in the logistics sector for 15 years. I joined Amazon in 2018 as a night shift associate. About 6 months later I started an acting operations supervisor which I consolidated about three months later. During my time at Amazon, I have honed and acquired skills to lead teams, organize work shifts, create a friendly and safe environment with other teammates, analyses metrics and make decisions in difficult situations.
