I am a bubbly, approachable, and people-focused professional with experience in both caregiving and sales. My background as a caregiver for vulnerable individuals helped me develop strong empathy and communication skills, which I now apply in my current role as a car Sales Executive at Allen Motor Group. I’m accredited to sell Motability vehicles and take pride in providing personalised solutions for a wide range of customers, including those with specific needs.

With over seven years in customer service, I have a proven ability to handle complaints, turn challenges into positive outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction. I enjoy working in team environments and consistently contribute to shared goals. My background as a competitive swimmer and swim teaching assistant has given me a strong work ethic, discipline, and focus.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and can type at 72 words per minute, making me efficient in administrative tasks. Over the past 2 years at Allen Motor Group, I’ve strengthened my skills in handling paperwork, using social media for promotion, managing inbound and outbound calls, and responding promptly to customer emails. I’ve also taken on training and mentoring responsibilities to support junior team members.

My role involves collaborating closely with the service and admin teams to keep dealership operations running smoothly. I am a fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and challenges. My degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition adds to my understanding of well-being and performance, which I bring into my professional life. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am now seeking a role where I can continue to grow while contributing positively to a forward-thinking organisation.

Hobbies: I was a member of the University of Hull Swimming Club, and I used to be a member of my local amateur swimming club, where I regularly competed in high-level competitions for seven years., I have also competed in nationals for long distance open water swimming., I have assisted with the coaching of the team’s younger members and have a level 1 ASA swim teaching assistant qualification., I have volunteered for SHOUT, a crisis texting service, and I finished training and am currently a level 3 volunteer who appreciates aiding texters in distress every week and plan to do this again soon when I have more of a routine schedule., I am passionate about food and nutrition, and I love trying out new healthy recipes and diets., Alongside my work, I enjoy reading., I go to live music concerts on a regular basis to unwind and support artists who I love listening to.
