Summary

I am a bubbly, approachable, and people-focused professional with experience in both caregiving and sales. My background as a caregiver for vulnerable individuals helped me develop strong empathy and communication skills, which I now apply in my current role as a car Sales Executive at Allen Motor Group. I’m accredited to sell Motability vehicles and take pride in providing personalised solutions for a wide range of customers, including those with specific needs.

With over seven years in customer service, I have a proven ability to handle complaints, turn challenges into positive outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction. I enjoy working in team environments and consistently contribute to shared goals. My background as a competitive swimmer and swim teaching assistant has given me a strong work ethic, discipline, and focus.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and can type at 72 words per minute, making me efficient in administrative tasks. Over the past 2 years at Allen Motor Group, I’ve strengthened my skills in handling paperwork, using social media for promotion, managing inbound and outbound calls, and responding promptly to customer emails. I’ve also taken on training and mentoring responsibilities to support junior team members.

My role involves collaborating closely with the service and admin teams to keep dealership operations running smoothly. I am a fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and challenges. My degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition adds to my understanding of well-being and performance, which I bring into my professional life. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am now seeking a role where I can continue to grow while contributing positively to a forward-thinking organisation.

Work Experience

St Andrew’s Health Care
03.2023
  • In my final year at university, we were required to complete 100 hours of work placement. I chose to complete half of these hours at St Andrew’s Healthcare with their dietetics department and physio department because becoming a dietitian is my ideal job. They kindly accommodated me there for two weeks, during which time I had the opportunity to interact directly with the patients and closely observe how they carried out their daily tasks. I gained a lot of knowledge while I was a student dietitian at St. Andrew’s, and I would love to return in the future in a professional capacity.

Work experience

Northampton County Cricket Ground
08.2022
  • I visited Northampton County Cricket Ground and collaborated with their nutritionist for the second half of my final year undergraduate placement work in order to put my abilities to use in a sporting environment. In order to develop meal plans for the players and evaluate the food provided to them at halftime, I worked alongside their nutritionist. I gave a presentation and discussed nutrition with the under 13 cricket group as well which was very interesting. This was an extremely thrilling and educational experience for me.

Work experience

Police Force Control Room
06.2019 - 06.2019
  • We were invited to pick a work placement again in the summer of year 12, but this time it was more customised to what we wanted to do because we were further along in the academic year. I chose the Police Force Control Room because it is a high-pressure, fast-changing workplace that appeals to me. I had a great experience there and learned a lot.

Work experience

Bliss Charity school Nether Heyford
06.2017
  • For a week in year 10 we were asked to find a work placement that would help us gain experience. I chose to work within Bliss Charity primary school for a week. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and learnt how to work with a lot of different age groups ranging from children to teachers, this helped me to gain people skills and confidence in speaking to lots of different age ranges. Furthermore, I received a lot of positive feedback from the teachers regarding my communication skills with the children and maturity.
