  • I have played volleyball for the England national team since the age of 11 and was Captain of the U17s and U19s for 4 years in total.
  • I represented and captained the Northwest of England team in the Interregional Championships for 2 years.
  • I held committee positions for the University of Nottingham Volleyball Club, acting as Beach Secretary, Interim Vice President, and Social Secretary.
  • As Beach Secretary, I organised two university Tours to Portugal for 100+ people, and one performance beach volleyball camp to Valencia. I handled all aspects of both trips, gaining valuable experience in end-to-end event management.
  • I organised and ran 2 consecutive seasons of UK Beach Tour events for the University of Nottingham Volleyball Club.
  • I was the International Women's Day Ambassador for women's sporting brand, AYBL.
  • I am passionate about ending public sexual harassment, so in 2021, I joined the 'Our Streets Now' campaign and persuaded my school to allow me to create and deliver appropriate but educational assemblies across my school and sixth form. I then got involved with the educational branch, 'Our Schools Now', and headed the coordination and implementation of the campaign's lessons into the school's regular PSHE curriculum.
  • April - September 2020- I volunteered at a Fare Share food bank in an inner-city school to fight hunger and tackle food waste.
  • I have been elected to several positions of leadership during my school career, including Diversity ambassador, subject ambassador for both Politics and Sociology, Sports Captain, House Captain, and group leader on a lower school residential trip.
  • I was awarded a sports scholarship at the University of Nottingham.
