In my role as an Assistant Facility Manager, I demonstrated versatility in administrative and operational tasks. My key responsibilities included:

  • Management of over 1000 planned and corrective maintenance tasks per month and assistance of site manager with hundreds of reactive maintenance , running reports and ensuring compliance with KPIs. Increased monthly compliance from 60% to 95% in past year
  • Closed work orders, uploaded certificates, and assisted contractors with same. Reviewed RAMS and issued permits to work for complex tasks. Undertaking site inspection and reporting health and safety issues

  • Processed over 100 BPSS applications, liaised with site police for passes and permits, and handled security-related inquiries.
