My capacity to perform well under pressure has improved as a result. The experience of having to handle multiple jobs at once and cognitively organising and prioritising these tasks to ensure that all guests receive a flawless service.
  • Excellent customer service skills - I've learned to be more adaptable to other people's wants to make sure they have a pleasant experience. This has been made possible by having to follow customer demands when taking orders and by having to follow dietary preferences and allergens.
  • Time management - Working in this position during sixth form and university has required me to manage my time well and make sure I have a strong timetable to fit everything in around my hectic schedule as a part-time employee and a full-time student.

  • In this position, I provided care for underprivileged males who had serious illnesses, including pica sickness and disabilities, like autism. I took great care of them and attended to any requirements they had for personal care in order to further enhance their quality of life.   • Communication - As a healthcare assistant, I developed my listening and communication abilities, which will be useful in my future career. Additionally, developing adaptability so that I could communicate with a variety of audiences (service users, parents, coworkers, etc.).
