A psychotherapist with four years’ experience in NHS Talking Therapies and a First-Class MSci in Clinical Psychology from the University of Exeter. Currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT at Royal Holloway under BABCP-accredited supervision, working toward full accreditation in February 2026. Alongside CBT, I blend schema, ACT, DBT and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapies to support psychological, emotional, and spiritual growth. I view therapy as a collaborative process that transforms challenges into resilience and insight.
