-supervising and or administering medication confidence building, assist with rehabilitative activities ;exercise's programs; mobility; organizing supplies and equipment

-basic wound dressing; observation include temperatures, pulse rate, respiration and blood pressure; blood sugar check;

-bladder scan; catheter removal

-bloods collection and handling safety

-computer basic working on System One

- current experience of working with Early Intervention Vehicles which can support with falls, poor mobility and much more

-maintained confidential case documentation in line with data protection regulations

Support and enable Patient's , washing and dressing, encouraging nutrition, promoting independence, assisting with meals preparation, carry out duties and responsibilities in ways acknowledge and recognise people's expressed beliefs, preferences and choice , respecting diversity and valuing people as individuals.

Managed personal hygiene of bed-bound patients, maintained dignity and respect at all times.

Greeted patient and verified personal information before phlebotomy services; Collected blood sample ,selecting appropriate vacutainer tubes, syringes and needles for collection; Respected confidentiality and privacy, keeping all personal and health data secure . Delivered compassionate care and education to reduce patient fear and anxiety
