The duties of my role in administration was:
Reconciling finances relation to Gamezone, site floats and change machines
Weekly finance controls including verifying refunds, staff discounts, waste reports, till checks, till reconciliation reports.
Admin duties such as personnel file, processing invoices, identifying items for confidential waste.
Cross training in various areas of the business including finance and operations.
At Epson I was able to strengthen my skills such as effective planning and organisation.
I increased my IT skills by using programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
I became more responsible as I was given tasks such as doing invoices or organising files.
I also was able to encounter what it was like in an office environment.
