Manages Enstar’s Group ESG programme, leading on ESG reporting, ESG risk management, regulatory horizon scanning and stakeholder engagement across key ESG priorities:

• Led the delivery of the 2025 and 2026 ESG Reports, coordinating with 30+ stakeholders on data collection, content development, review and approval to meet reporting timelines.
• Delivered Enstar’s first Scope 3 Category 15 financed emissions reporting, expanding climate-related disclosures.
• Led integration of ESG risks into the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, collaborating cross-functionally to develop ESG risk statements, controls and governance processes.
• Conducted a detailed regulatory gap analysis against the PRA SS5/25 and developed a business wide action plan to address expectations ahead of regulatory deadlines.
• Supported a strategic review of Enstar’s ESG programme alongside external consultants, evaluating existing initiatives, regulatory obligations and market developments, and presenting recommendations to the ESG Oversight Group to inform the evolution of the ESG strategy.
• Developed and delivered tailored ESG training across 11 business functions, presenting to audiences of up to 40 people and creating reusable training materials aligned to departmental responsibilities, priorities and ESG exposures to support scalable ESG awareness and capability building.
• Represented the business in industry forums, including discussions on climate risk regulation, leveraging external insights to support ESG programme enhancement.

Led ESG assurance engagements for multinational organisations, strengthening sustainability reporting integrity, governance and compliance with reporting strengthening sustainability reporting integrity, governance and compliance with reporting standards:

• Delivered one of KPMG's largest first-year CSRD assurance engagements for a €60bn global sustainability leader, under ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3410; the engagement won the 2025 KPMG Global ESG Award.
• Applied technical expertise across CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, SASB and the GHG Protocol to assess disclosure requirements, evaluate reporting approaches and strengthen the integrity of sustainability information.
• Evaluated ESG reporting processes, data governance and internal controls, identifying reporting gaps and control deficiencies and recommending improvements to strengthen reporting quality and assurance readiness.
• Managed end-to-end project management; from client acceptance procedures, client management, the issuance of the assurance opinion, to the presentation of the management feedback report in accordance with ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3410. Received strong feedback from clients throughout the engagements.
• Coached and supervised junior colleagues on ESG assurance methodology, professional scepticism, and stakeholder communication, contributing to a strong team culture.

Seconded to KPMG’s ESG Centre of Excellence to develop and implement the firm’s ESG engagement strategy, strengthening client relationships, market engagement and internal ESG capabilities.

• Built and led KPMG’s flagship "ESG Insights for Leaders" community on Beyond, KPMG's go-to-market digital platform, creating a strategic platform for client collaboration, thought leadership, and market growth. Designed and hosted KPMG’s only ESG-dedicated event series, delivering bi-monthly sessions with senior SMEs and the ESG COO to drive C-suite engagement, ESG upskilling, and strengthen client relationships.
• Grew external client event registrations from 10 to ~400 across six ESG events, partnering with business development colleagues to implement a streamlined sales activation process, resulting in multiple client follow-ups and a successful ~£200k ESG engagement win.
• Co-developed and co-facilitated monthly ESG Fundamentals training sessions, upskilling colleagues firmwide through virtual and interactive learning initiatives.
• Fostered collaboration across KPMG's nine internal marketing functions, leading strategic workshops and meetings to align ESG messaging and ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
