Clinical Pharmacist:

• Conduct comprehensive remote clinical consultations and assessments to determine appropriate prescribing for patients

• Played a key role in scaling an online pharmacy operation from 2,000 items per month to over 20,000 items per month while maintaining strong patient safety standards.
• Oversaw and supported a workforce of more than 70 employees. Identified trends in dispensing, near-miss, handout, and online dispatch errors and implemented targeted risk reduction strategies.
• Led patient safety initiatives, audits, investigations, and quality improvement projects across the organisation.
• Write and update existing SOP's inline with business growth and changes
• Developed and delivered training programmes to strengthen staff competency and promote a positive safety culture.
• Established continuous feedback mechanisms to improve performance and reduce operational risk.

Education & Training Support:

• Tutor and mentor for trainees undertaking GPhC-accredited training programmes.
• Supported learners in achieving competency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provided coaching, supervision, and ongoing development to ensure safe and effective pharmacy practice.
