Established a total turnkey property booking management offering for holiday properties across Mpumulanga in South Africa. This included:
* Designing and maintaining booking websites for individual properties as well as placing advertisements on other digital platforms.
* Ensuring compliance with local and national regulations protecting both owner and guests.
* Addressing and resolving property issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
* Booking transfers, excursions and experiences for guests such as safari, game lodge bookings and cultural trips

* Developed and coordinated processes to monitor and record the rigorous training and development needs of a department with three 24-hour news channels, News 24, BBC World and Radio 5 Live (Continuous News)
* Conceived, built and implemented an extensive MS Access training database reporting on over 4000 journalists to roll out to strand editors and department heads. This enabled identification of journalist training needs, gaps in training and deployment of journalists in a timely and safe manner, not only within newsroom, local and national arenas but also worldwide, in war-torn situations and in documentary-based news reporting.
