  • 'Passionate for all things risk'. I have been supporting not only my branch with risk, but also a group of Agencies to identify, assess and mitigate risk within the company. As a result, risk tolerance levels have increased by over 10%.
  • Supporting our area agencies with a dedicated Teams chat to help resolve queries, identify weaknesses and provide solutions for the wider network.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy. I am often called upon to review retention logs (following recent experience working for Business Support), second checks on colleagues' work and help other Branches and Agencies with their risk checks.
  • Confident in presenting courses and internal messages over Teams to the area network.
  • Strong communication skills with the natural ability to engage and build solid relationships and rapport with my colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • I have developed a training pack covering some of the key procedures and hold drop-in sessions to support colleagues who may need additional guidance.
  • Providing excellent customer service on a daily basis, identifying customers' needs and offering solutions and products to fit their specific requirements.
  • Educating customers to understand the benefits of digital banking services.
