My responsibilities include:

• Internal & external Supply Chain Management
• Managing fast paced operational requirements across the aircraft fleet
• Applying the Defence Lines of Development (TEPIDOIL) approach to successfully insert enhanced Typhoon Capability Programmes for the Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF)
• Identifying and managing Project Dependencies, Assumptions, Risks, Exclusions and Opportunities (DAREO)
• Applying Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes
• Verifying and validating the Critical Path of projects
• Chairing reviews/working groups with key stakeholders across the Operation, PCO and Service Delivery Units to track progress, review performance, agree objectives/actions and develop tactical and strategic plans
• Establishing a weekly topical summary status and ensuring it is readily available and distributed to senior stakeholders across the Typhoon Operation
• Representing the team at weekly Senior Managment meetings
• Supporting the Operations Director with ad-hoc requirements (e.g. Operational/Deployment requirements and Exec Visits)
• Leadership and management experience
• Continuous improvement implementation - LEAN Leadership Academy (LLA)

Accountable for understanding new customer operational requirements, engaging with all stakeholders to develop a contractible solution, defining and agreeing the Bid's route to contract and processing it through to the Contract Delivery Team. This included:

• Applying Life Cycle Management (LCM) practices to develop solutions for every Bid and tailoring where appropriate
• Interacting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers) to build strong, honest and trustworthy relationships, with the aim of developing an enterprise driven solution
• Having drive and tenacity to motivate internal teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Establishing and leading teams across the enterprise (e.g. Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Estimating, Finance and Commercial) to enable solution development and agreement
• Presenting Bid progress reviews to the SMT/Customer (e.g. Change Working Group (CWG) and Bid Status Review (BSR)
• Developing and maintaining Project Management toolsets to meet tight customer deadlines
• Demonstrating a strategic understanding and outlook of the business and customer operations
• Leading the team through a challenging resourcing period by expanding my role and responsibilities

Responsibilities included:

• Standing up the Typhoon Aircraft Maintenance Support Solution in Qatar
• Developing Maintenance Capability Definition Insertion documents for Aircraft Bays and Workshops
• Developing QEAF Airworthiness Regulations documentation and procedures
• Management and leadership experience
