• There were many responsibilities during my time at ACB, including providing additional support to students with special educational needs, to ensure inclusivity, developing and nurturing excellent relationships with students and staff to enhance positive learning environments, and offering one-on-one guidance to struggling students.
• Other duties were to create classroom materials to enhance lesson delivery, manage administrative responsibilities, provide safe, stimulating classroom environments to maximise student engagement and attainment, and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and potential improvements, all while maintaining empathy and sensitivity towards students with behavioural difficulties, trauma, and additional needs.
• Being able to establish a Lego group, to help certain children to regulate, was also very rewarding.

Key responsibilities: planning and overseeing fun activities for varying abilities, preparing and tidying the art room, ensuring clean, safe environments, maintaining child safety, security and good behaviour during activities, and assisting in development of personal skills.
