Working within a team of 18 staff members, including 3 supervisors and a General manager, constantly working to deliver excellent customer service in a busy bar environment while contributing to an intake of sales at a high standard. During my time working at the George and Dragon, Westerham I have adopted a number of key responsibilities which include:

• Carrying out bar closing duties such as thoroughly cleaning bar and customer areas as well as constantly replenishing stock in rotation.
• Assessing behaviour of intoxicated guests, as well as underage drinking while following the Think 25 procedure, bringing both to the attention of the duty manager.
• Maintained knowledge of drinks promotions, pricing and menu changes, offering customers up-to-date, reliable advice.

• Followed safe serving requirements, monitoring guest behaviour and discontinuing service to inebriated customers.
• Thoroughly cleaned bar areas, delivering positive first impressions to guests and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards.

• Maintained bar stocks, replenishing daily as necessary.
