I am currently studying for my GCSE'S, which include Hospitality and Catering, Drama and Religious studies. I am predicted good grades especially in Hospitality and Catering by achieving full marks in my GCSE cooking practical exam. I am looking for a job in the industry which I hope I can make a career from. I hope to gain skills from every aspect of the kitchen and feel this is a great role to start in.
