I am an extremely focused and ambitious individual with strong leadership and communication skills. Having spent 2 years in my current role, I have demonstrated excellent capabilities to build an inclusive and friendly environment. Whilst achieving rampant success in the mentoring of new members by offering optimal training and support. I am also a reliable and hardworking individual, as I am dedicated to helping the team on task whilst also multi-tasking. As I commute to study Law, with the aspiration of becoming a solicitor.
Whilst studying law, I have developed highly relevant skills in legal research ad analytical thinking. In participating in tasks such as legal debating within the Lincoln Law School Society I am enrolled onto. I also participated in a virtual internship course at the end of my first year studying law, under IEUK, to expand my networking and gain extremely beneficial guidance by law professionals. With such a skill set I am eager to enhance and gain valuable experience in the law industry.
I am a Law student at the University of Lincoln, in my free time I enjoy playing football, running outdoors and challenging myself with puzzles in particular Sudoku. I love a challenge and enjoy investing myself into events and projects, with doing so I find my best aspects of Digital research and time management. This can be found in my preparation towards assignments and also the balance of University work as well as working at Mcdonald's and finding free-time for myself. Whilst working at Mcdonald's I have become a team player and have particularly excelled in adapting to the change in environments, in return achieving a promotion into becoming a crew trainer. This encourages me to take on a leadership role with more responsibility to adhere to when communicating to my fellow employees. Currently I study five days a week and engage in as much work as possible, with the formalities of this usually meaning I am studying five days a week and work the following two days, this shows my determination and drive to succeed as I commonly push myself to my limits. In connection to my love for playing football, I also enjoy volunteering and helping out in the local community as I have helped out at the Local football team ground inside a shop, developing my confidence and communication from a young age to help me with commuting into the working life. During my first year studying Law at University, I joined the Lincoln Law School Society, in which I took part in moots and also gained useful experience in negotiation practises as well, this enabled me to build key skills such as advocacy and research, in which I also created a LinkedIn account and started to network with fellow students. Also, after my first year at university, I have attended a virtual internship in IEUK hosted by Bright Network, this allowed me to engage with networking alongside other aspiring solicitors, as well as learn from experienced employees and top firms about their experiences in different legal sectors and enhance my commercial awareness.
