A motivated and community minded professional with hands on experience supporting vulnerable young people and responding to emergency situations. Currently working as a Learning Support Practitioner at Aurora Foxes in Minehead, I work with students aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND, helping them develop life skills, stay safe and achieve their goals. I thrive in multi disciplinary teams, building strong relationships and ensuring high standards of safeguarding and care.
In addition to my full time role, I volunteer as a Coastguard Rescue Officer with HM Coastguard and give over 50 hours a week as an On-call firefighter with Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service. These roles have strengthened my resilience, discipline and ability to stay calm under pressure while responding to emergencies, conducting rescues and working closely with multi agency teams. I am passionate about public safety and gear to bring my dedication, teamwork and problem solving skills to a career with the Civil Nuclear Constabulary.
