• Three days of intense learning and application of many sectors in the finance world. Met with heads of departments and current Quilter Cheviot interns to receive advice on the industry as well as their experience in how they started their careers. Took part in a CV workshop on how to create an impressive, eye-catching CV. Interview practice with actual Quilter employers- gained advice and constructive feedback on improvement. Practice assessment Centre with The Brokerage to prepare the students interested in a Degree Apprenticeship – included case study and teamwork building skills.

• Providing service to customers, answering queries, offering product advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay up to date on product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and help them make informed purchasing decisions. Assist with organizing stock; ensure shelves and displays are well-maintained, tidy, and fully stocked to maximize sales opportunities. Operate the register, process sales transactions accurately, and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions in a secure and timely manner. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals, improve sales performance, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing excellent service and helping them with product selection, queries, and booking future appointments within the company. Money reconciliation from customers in person and over telephone. Serving hot and cold beverages to clients, front of house management including housekeeping and stock checking. Preparing senior stylists' materials for their clients in the correct manner.

• Making various hot and cold beverages alongside crepes and paninis to the best standard for the customers. Serving and assisting customers with their needs. Responsibility for all the stock checks throughout all three kiosks and money takings during and end of the day. Working independently during quiet hours and working in a team in busy seasons and hours. Helping unpack and sorting through deliveries to keep all kiosks stocked for demand.
