- Provide consulting services to multinational companies concerning health & risk benefits in Spain

- Serve as the project manager of employee benefits services such as GBM (Global Benefits Management) and international clients´ new implementations, benefit audits, benchmarking, harmonization and transformation projects, creating client deliverables and reporting, contributing to client management and developing new business activities.

- Coordinate and manage global benefits projects, working closely with client headquarters and local contacts and supporting WTW consultants in Spain

- Working on the commercial pipeline and roll out process for international prospects, mainly part of the GBM (Global Benefits Management).

- Acting as Project Manager for new GBM clients. The client rolls out includes analyses of the client local profile and feasibility, prepare the timeline, SOW (scope of work) to the HQ x local commissions/fee, support the deliveries and HQ demands until the implementation date as benchmarking and RFP presentations beyond support the renewal processes.

- In charge of the GBM project (Global Benefits Management) in Brazil for Willis Towers Watson. The project aimed to implement the GBM concept, tools, deliveries and templates among the clients to support this project has been adopted specific trainings for standardization, technological tools, of which I am the focal point.

- Supporting GBM delivery with our multinational clients in the delivery of consulting and broking services in the medical, dental, life insurance areas to the regional leaders in Brazil and the abroad headquarters.

- Organizing and leading regular conference calls meeting with clients aiming to feed them with benefits updates and deliverables.

- Liaise with Global Benefits teams around the world and supports retention and client acquisition efforts to differentiate our offering and maximize revenue opportunities.

- Review local reports oriented to the client’s HQ beyond assistance on local multinational clients on the renewals process, presentations and catch-up calls with the WTW’s local accounts managers.

- Provide support to benefits related to redesign projects beyond local market practice and legislation.

- Collaborate with GSS colleagues and from other offices worldwide as well to provide accurate and timely data about local strategy, financial data and reports for multinational clients in general.

- Additional projects: Champion of the Benefits Trends Survey- 2019 and Strategy Navigator Project being a multiplier locally of this new tool and concept.

- Working to roll our local clients in other countries as Thailand, Turkey, India, UK.

- Management of benefits, focused on life, health and dental insurance, reporting to the global HQ.

- Oversaw important prospecting for new business, identifying potential clients, preparation of schedule for visits, interacting to open new business fronts near new customers, increasing the clients' portfolio remarkably.

- Focused on expansion of new branches in the customers already in force. Responsible for negotiation and management using development and strategy for achieving new business and positive results with national and international customers.

- Maintained close relationships and readjustment negotiations with insurance companies. Provided strategic and advisory support to major clients.

- Responsible for reporting indicators, advisory strategic and financial reports, for the local HR and global corporate customers.

- Maintained customer base through analysis and value-added trading.

- Worked in special projects as harmonization projects, through redesigning strategies of benefit packages, which generated greater bargaining power in negotiations and significant savings for the client.

- Expertise in relationship area, focused on benefits especially in health, dental and life insurance, as well as private pensions for large companies.

- Responsible for maintaining large customer base providing strategic support to HRs . In this scenario, I had the chance to propose better alternatives for the benefits package through advisory support.

- Provided HR support in negotiation processes with the insurance companies, contract coverages, law issues and billing control.

- Spearheaded monthly presentation reports to HR, and other indicators.

- Experience in the administration of flexible benefits, using XOption system and reports.

-Commercial performance, directed to corporate benefits, mainly through cross selling.

- The challenge here was to deploy and handle the Health Plan of Brasil Telecom – at the subsidiary in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, through this experience I had the opportunity to know the law of this area.

- Followed the employee satisfaction indicators regarding the health plan and proposed improvements.

- Conducted informative lectures, through this interaction, we were the branch with the highest rate of satisfaction with medical and dental plans in Brazil, according to data from Oi / Human Resources.
