Completed a 3 month independent research project at Queen Mary University of London’s Blizzard Institute Laboratory. In the lab I was responsible for cloning and screening MSL3 doxycycline inducidle stem cell knockouts by quantifying the cells H4K16ac levels using a Western Blot protocol. I analysed data using statistical methods and ChemiDoc MP imaging Software System. I wrote a 10,000 word report following extensive laboratory work. I also gave a 10 minute in class presentation. I achieved a 1st grade.
