- upgrade of the Variable frequency drive (ferroresonant inverter with reactor to caters for short circuit protection level) with a drive using IGBT insulated gate bi-polar thyristor Two for reactor pump, one for gear-pump extrusion and the other for cutter motor respectively. with this achievement the plant received a boost in their production which enable the plant to hit the annual Target timely and exceed with a great percentage , the team were celebrated by the Management, the team also received safety award (zero accident and a numbers of near miss report for the year
