  • GPST3 Leadership activity, led a practice education team meeting which fostered the generation of team ideas for ways to improve post 48 hour follow up reviews of patient treated for asthma exacerbations. Developed successful IT system structure to reflect these changes.
  • GPST2 QUIP, audited and clinician prescribing practices for UTI in women 16-64 yrs and implemented changes keeping in line with national guidance and promoting antimicrobial stewardship.
  • Audit as SHO in Orthogeriatric post, Optimized prescribing practices of analgesia in patients with neck of femur fractures. Delivered clinician education intervention to improve adherence to departmental guidelines on post operative analgesia.
