  • Manage third-party recruitment partners , including negotiating and overseeing a Preferred Supplier List.
  • Develop and enhance the induction program to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Own and optimize the candidate experience , fostering a strong employer brand and engagement.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to align recruitment and HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process , ensuring a smooth transition and positive employee experience.

My Role:

My current role involves working on 20-30 open positions on a monthly basis without agency assistance.


Main task:

  • Collaborating with 17 hiring managers, located in London, Zurich, and Paris office.
  • Providing recruitment process advice and help recruit the best talent in the market. I have a close working relationship with four HR Business Partners located in London, Paris, and Zurich office.
  • Using multiple recruitment methods, including sourcing talent on LinkedIn recruiter, to attract and engage with top talent.
  • Creating a shortlist for hiring managers.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop long-terms workforce plans and define the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with HRBPs to develop salary packages and recruit new employees.
  • Processing offers and contract in our system.
