• Legal and strategic advice and legal anchor for all company`s projects under construction, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Ultimate legal responsible for company’s Brazilian projects in all phases (tender, construction, operation).

• Responsible for managing all legal matters related to Brazilian FPSO projects.
• Responsible for legal support in tenders for FPSO projects in Brazil.
• Responsible for drafting/reviewing and negotiating all agreements related to Brazilian FPSO projects, with client, suppliers and third parties, since bid phase up to construction and operation, including but not limited to MOUs, LOIs, EPC contracts, charter agreements, services agreements, purchase agreements, management agreements and other complex agreements.
• Legal support in negotiation of partnerships/joint ventures for Brazilian FPSO projects, and drafting/review of all contracts related therewith.
• Interface with partners in FPSO joint venture companies for Brazilian projects in all legal matters.
• Legal support in the negotiation of projects` finance.
• General legal advice related to the Brazilian FPSO projects.

Drafting/revision/negotiation and legal advice related to:

• E&P contracts such as concession contracts, production sharing contracts, joint bidding agreements, joint operating agreements, farm-out agreements, unitization agreements, unit operating agreements, Lifting agreements and other related contracts.
• FPSO related EPC and other contracts.
• Drilling and FPSO related charter, services and other contracts.
• Regulatory matters.
• Governance matters.
• Compliance/Anti-bribery.

Very strong interface with joint venture partners.

• E&P global oil company – Oil & Gas

• Reporting to FPSO Director and General Counsel.
• Responsible for all legal matters related to the FPSO business of the company.
• Responsible for legal support in tenders for FPSO projects.
• Responsible for negotiating and drafting/reviewing all agreements related to FPSO projects, with client, suppliers and third parties, since bid phase up to construction and operation, including but not limited to MOUs, LOIs, EPC contracts, charter agreements, services agreements, purchase agreements, management agreements and other complex agreements.
• Responsible for legal support in negotiation of terms of partnerships/joint ventures for FPSO projects, and drafting/review of all related contracts, including, but not limited to pre-bid agreements and shareholders agreements, as well as related corporate acts.
• Responsible for interfacing with the partners in the FPSO joint venture companies in all legal matters.
• Legal support in the negotiation of project finance.
• General legal advice related to the FPSO projects.
