Supported and ran training workshops with colleagues in numerous teams across TfGM and the GM Local Authorities (over 189 Local Authority offices attended). Also supported in a Roundtable discussion at the Interchange Conference on the S4A Design Guide.
Supported the procurement process to procure work from a consultant team to support the Design Guide.
LTP Refresh
Leading on Phase 2 engagement with statutory consultees, and other key stakeholders, e.g. TfN, bus operators, National Highways, and various equalities groups.
Leading on the Integrated Assessment as part of the LTP refresh.

Business Case Development/CRSTS2 Development Work
