Streets for All Design Guide

• Lead on the engagement programme during the development of the guide, and ran sessions with over 20 key equality and disability stakeholder groups.
• Supported and presented to the S4A Design Guide Working Group during the development of the guide, comprised of officers with different disciplines across all 10 GM Local Authorities.
• Supported and ran training workshops with colleagues in numerous teams across TfGM and the GM Local Authorities (over 189 Local Authority offices attended). Also supported in a Roundtable discussion at the Interchange Conference on the S4A Design Guide.
• Supported the procurement process to procure work from a consultant team to support the Design Guide.

LTP Refresh

• Leading on Phase 2 engagement with statutory consultees, and other key stakeholders, e.g. TfN, bus operators, National Highways, and various equalities groups.
• Leading on the Integrated Assessment as part of the LTP refresh.
• Support at the LTP Green Summit Workshop, along with facilitating a roundtable discussion on one of the Network Ambitions.

Business Case Development/CRSTS2 Development Work

• Supported in the development of various SOBCs, including Wigan-Bolton QBT and Wigan-Leigh QBT corridors.
• Supported in the development of City Centre Radial corridor OBCs, including A6 Manchester and Wellington Road North (Stockport).
• Extensive analysis work to support in developing the CRSTS2 pipeline, including leading on radial corridor width analysis and supporting on bus/active travel network planning and city centre mode share.
• Undertaking gateway reviews of various SOBCs, including the Gateway 0 review of SWANI.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

• Supporting TSG meetings and being a primary contact for TSG members from all 10 GM Local Authorities.
• GM Delivery Group Rep within Strategic Planning for Bolton.
• Working closely with GM Moving colleagues on various workstreams.
• Building a relationship with colleagues at CIHT, and supporting in training material on the S4A Design Guide.
• Presenting to colleagues at Sustrans London, and supporting on a site visit in GM.

Mapping

• Working with colleagues at MCC to include the MATSIP within the Active Bee Network.
• Working with TfGM colleagues on mapping existing active travel infrastructure on key radial corridors.
• Bus frequency/priority mapping.
• Working with colleagues in the Logistics and Environment team to map locations of Air Quality Sensors across GM.
• Mapping to support the A6 radial corridors, including analysing collision data, land use data, bus journey data, bus stop data, and lots of other data sources.
• Mapping to support various other projects.

• Leading on writing a travel plan for a primary school, which involved working closely with the headteacher and business manager during the development, along with other partners including Living Streets.
• Leading on a stakeholder engagement plan for a scheme involving upgrades to a main train station, and improving active travel links (including a CYCLOPs junction) to and from the station.
• Extensive car parking analysis across the borough.
• Various GIS mapping on.
• Extensive use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Working closely with various teams across the Council, including the engineering, planning, public health and road safety teams, and colleagues at the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
• Working within a small team supporting the Senior and Principal Transport Policy Officers.

• Invoicing all clients, and uploading invoices to Xero.
• Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders.
• Working with a finance management company on reconciliation of money, drawing down money, and rectify any issues with payments.
• Issuing purchase orders to clients.
• Chasing overdue invoices, and handling all financial queries.
• Streamlined financial procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Supporting the quoting team and production manager.

• Handling all orders, from sending purchase orders to suppliers, following through all the way to delivery of the goods (sometimes to very tight deadlines), and dealing with queries from customers.
• Ensuring client's artwork was correct, and positioned correctly on the product.
• Ensuring safe delivery of approximately 350 hampers per month for a major clients' customers all over the UK.
• Invoicing clients, and uploading supplier and client invoices to Xero.
• Covered Senior Account Manager role in regard to quoting customers.

• Quoting for customers which involved sourcing products relevant to their brief.
• Trained on production manager role, dealing with customers and suppliers, both by email and phone.
