I have just completed secondary school and am in my summer break before beginning college in September. I am able to start working immediately. At college I will be studying sociology, RE and criminology. I am always seeking new opportunities and am a motivated person who is great at thinking on my feet and always open for constructive criticism. I am a very sociable person; I am great at communicating, resourceful and love to help others where I can.
I worked for one week with the activities coordinator and was given the responsibility of helping to organise all activities for the residents. This included setting up for activities, helping roughly 10-20 residents during activities, and planning for the next one. I also ran errands in the main office and designed the upcoming weekly newsletters with the activities coordinator.
I have joined a wide range of clubs inside and out of school, and I currently play for a tennis and netball club I would say that being in a sports team has definitely helped me to encourage others, think quickly, work as a team and build my patience Although I have little experience in a working environment, I am a quick learner and am growing and improving every day
I have many interests including sport, spending time with friends and family, as well as cooking and reading.
