Starting out as a Merchandiser in stores, I have progressed through into Management and utilising those skills efficiently to overcome problems arisen.
I have needed to adapt my skills into management of pubs into the retail business and confidently lead a team and assign tasks ensuring projects and tasks are implemented and completed on time.
I have taken these skills and used them within the most recent of my job roles working within an office environment and working within a team using my merchandising skills to implement projects within the business.
I enjoy and thrive working under pressure but with consistency in my work to ensure all tasks are completed to the best of my ability with good communication and problem solving skills.
